I’ve been using BWS Systems’ HA-Bridge for quite a few years without issue. I run a couple of virtualization hosts with most all of my systems installed there as guests, including the one linux machine that runs this software today.
I’m wondering what the general impact to my Alexa devices would be if I ran two identical copies of the software on my network, at the same time, using identical configurations of devices and such. Does anyone know how the Alexa devices locate the bridge at the time of command issuance? Is it always via a UPNP discovery to where it would make absolutely no difference which one it sent the command to so long as the instances were identical?
