Can an HA-07 also be used to include/exclude zwave devices so that the vera unit does not have to be moved each time a device is included/excluded?

If you’re using Z-Wave version 3.20, which would be the default if you got Vera recently, then you won’t be able to use the HA07 to include/exclude devices.
BTW, I use full-power inclusion, and can reach a lot of devices around the house that way, without moving Vera.
I received my vera lite last week. I have a combination zwave and x10 now. I also purchased an insteon 2413u i hope to control the x10 devices with. It will be replacing an lmce installation. It is not important that the ha07 cannot be used in that manner. I did not see the answer in my search and decided to ask first.
