I am new to Vera and the whole home automation hobby. I just received my Vera2 and I am starting to tinker around with it. My day job involves architecting and writing mobile apps/websites and I was wondering if fellow members can point me to any documentation that talks about how the native apps interface with the Vera2 device over local network and the interface for accessing it via the findvera or cp.mios.com website. I want to start a personal project for writing the iPad/Android/Android Tablets apps for accessing the Vera and would like any help getting started.
I am making progress on this. Couple of remodeling projects at home have slowed down this work.
I would appreciate if I can get feedback from the community as to what features they would like to see in a native app that seem to be missing from what is out there. I will try to incorporate these as I work through the wireframes and prototyping.
