I have a question and suggestion:
RELEVANT SECTION
One of the Key features I use in VC is the ability to integrate the Google Home devices with VeraAlerts. This works very well. I know you render the TTS results and stream them to the GH devices. There is ONE small issue with this. Volume… as the GH device will stream the audio at the last set volume used for playing music etc… I was looking around at how to manage this (changing the voume before TTS), and it seems that there has been some informal ways of doing this using the cast API:

Most likely I will simply write a small plugin for my Vera that will execute this as an action, perhaps expand it to support all the local api functions, but just thought it might be something you would be interested in, since I’m quite lazy

Other than that, Really enjoying the VC. Thx for all the great work. Happy to beta when you need it…My whole house is beta
PS. I’m really sad about having to remove unlocking/locking, as I use this quite often. Having to have my phone nearby to confirm is going to be pointless… I do however understand the security risk from a general standpoint…
