GE/Jasco Receptacle 45605

Does anyone know how to set the GE/Jasco receptacle to be excluded from all on/all off commands? Can this be configured through commands/parameters in UI5 or can it only be done with the GE/Jasco remote 45601?

I simply used one of my Intermatic HA07 (secondary) controllers to set the flag on the recepticle.

Do you have a secondary controller that you could use? Just follow that controllers instructions for setting or resetting the All On/Off response.

The only secondary controller I have is a Minimote and I don’t think I can do it with that.

Thanks for the suggestion. Hopefully there is a way through UI5.

Didn’t you indicate that you had the GE/Jasco 45601 remote? I suspect that remote would work (check the instructions…)

Hi

Unless I’m missing something here the 45605 has one z-wave outlet and one non-Zwave outlet. If you want to exlude it from all commands use the other plug.

Don

Excluding from All On/All Off means they only want to control it when it is explicitly addressed.

@Dagwood08 - It sounds like you are already triggering the All On/All Off feature. How and with what are you doing this? The capability is not built into UI5, that I am aware of. Whichever controller you are using to trigger the All On/All Off function is where you should configure the receptacle.

There is a recent thread about an All On/All Off plugin that appears to allow you to configure the All On/All Off options on your chosen devices. It’s not a simple pointy-clicky install, but it looks like it would not be too difficult to install and get working.

Z-Waver:

The Minimote I have has the ability to trigger all on/all off. Unfortunately that remote doesn’t allow me to configure the receptacle to not respond to the AOO command. I will have a look at the plugin you mentioned.

Thanks.
