GE Jasco Cooper 9540

Some of my 9540s have a bunch of configuration options set - like in this document: http://www.cooperindustries.com/content/dam/public/wiringdevices/products/documents/spec_sheets2/z-wave_wireless_smart_master_dimmer_spec_sheet.pdf

Others don’t. What should I be seeing for configuration options?

What that document does NOT show is parameter #10…which can be vital. Here are my notes to myself:

“Sync 3-ways” (this is not the real name for this parameter, but I can find no documentation on this parameter) (#10) default is 0. This parameter is vital to the proper operation of master (9540-N) and slave (9542-Z) switches in a 3-way circuit; it only applies to the master (9540-N). If this parameter is set to 0, the switches will stay in sync (that is: both reflect the same state of on/off and dim level) when operated manually; but if Vera is involved, the switches will not update each other when there is a change of state. If this parameter is set to 1, the 2 switches will always stay in sync whether or not the Vera is involved.
