GE 45600 Z-Wave Basic Handheld Remote - Problem With Scenes

Hi,

I went online and learned how to create Scenes and programed my GE 45600 with no issues, but when push the button on the remote to run the Scenes the next button Scene also runs. So I have button 4 to turn on the Kitchen Lights and button 5 to turn on the HallWay lights, button 6 to turn on Bedroom Lights. When I hit button 4 it turns on the Kitchen Lights and the Hallway lights. Also when I hit Button 5 it turns on the Hallway Lights and the Bedroom Lights.

I doubled checked the Scene and when I run it on my computer it runs as expected. Also I programmed it on a second remote and the same issue is occurring.

Has anyone experienced this issue with the GE 45600 remote.
