GE 12724 Dimmer - Instant On/Off

I decided to go with the Dimming light switch over the standard on/off GE switch in a fixture where I have non-dimmable lights as GE’s on/off switch makes an audible ‘click’ when it turns on and off, but the dimmer does not.

The issue is obviously the lights buzz while the switch ramps the lights on or off: my question is, does anyone know what setting I’d need to change in vera to make the light switch turn the lights on/off instantly without the fading? From doing some googling it seems like it should be possible, it’s just I’m having a hard time figuring out exactly what you need to do in the setup.

I found this document for a similar switch (http://www.lowes.com/campaign/iris/pdf/45639%20manual%20ENG.pdf) which lead me to these variables (attached image).

It’s not an instant on/off solution, but it turns on and off quicker.

Have you tried increasing the number of steps per second (parameter 7, 9 and 11)

That did it! I set 7/9/11 to the max value (99), and it now turns instantly on and off. Turning it on makes a quick buzzing noise, but it’s barely noticeable.
