Z-wave for IoT, hardwired ethernet for anything else stationary - wi-fi is only for laptops, tablets, and phones…

Get them an resell them… Looks like they retails for $79 and they send you 3 for free.
Received my 4 units. Got them setup and running throughout the house. Like the fact they do leak detector, temperature monitor and humidity monitor. Disappointed Vera does not support them. Especially since they do support the Honeywell Lyric Thermostat. Both systems use the Honeywell Lyric website so how much effort would it take to add these to the natively supported devices. Guess Vera too busy concentrating on their recurring income projects. Anyway, the detectors work great.
I just got my 4 free ones today. Moved into new house on Monday so I still have to redo everything. Not even sure where I am going to put them yet.
The other day I received an email from this offer telling me that they would give $100 if I registered all four of the free detectors…not sure why, but not only did they give me the free detectors, I now have a $100 VISA credit.
