Foscam FI8910W question

Greetings!

I’ve always been a little confused about security cameras and Vera, but these FI8910W cameras look like very good products to me.

Here’s my question: is it possible to use the Foscam FI8910W cameras with my Vera Lite AND the Blue Iris software?

I’d love to have the integration and remote monitoring capabilities of the Vera integration, along with the DVR recording capabilities of the Blue Iris software. Is this possible? Will the FI8910W also act as a motion sensor?

Did you search the forum for blue iris? There are a few discussions about getting it to work with Vera.

I did a search, but everything I found seemed to assume a basic understanding of how these things work, and that’s what I’m looking for. As someone new to a particular area of ZWave control, I’m just looking for some low level info :slight_smile:
