I’m starting to think I’m the only person in the world who’s bought a Foscam F19900p camera. the forums and web are bare. I have it working as a camera fine and followed a few articles in relation to motion sensors but the F19900p seams to be a different beast in itself.

I guess this is a shout out to see if anyone else has one, what you’ve got working & how. ???

But unfortunately i’d already got that far. The camera is working as a camera, it’s the motion sensor that isn’t working. I did some research and turns out the way it’s being achieved before is by injecting into the foscam config a URL on alarm function back to the vera, and I suspect the xml or ID’s have changed for the FI9900p. I got as far as reading through the I_FoscamPTZ.xml but couldn’t quite get my head around the code. I’ll give it more time once I’m back from break and update my findings if i have any.

I e just bought one of these. Good picture etc but only getting snapshots, anyone got proper video recording to work?
