I’m currently unable to create a findvera.com user. If I use my username and type my password I get an error without a message “Error:”, Typing in a different user name does not help.
I think I may have to reset my password. Can anyone tell me how should I do this? what stapes do i have to take?
You should just be able to go to the FIndVera.com button from the Vera device it’s self. If a username and password is already assigned, you can change each one individually. Also, you can disable the account all together.
