Why is it that every time I open the Vera page, it goes to the firmware update page just to inform me I’m running the latest firmware? Is this another “feature” of the latest firmware release???
Which Vera product do you have and which firmware version does it show you have?
Hey Mike,
This is definitely something that can be checked by our Customer Care team. Details in my signature.
We don’t have similar reports on this matter to classify it as a “feature” :-X
Sorry, it’s a VeraPlus running 1.7.3501. It didn’t do it just now so maybe it’s finally decided it has the latest…
I had a similar experience. I thought that was a good thing since I am happy with my firmware version 1.7.3502. After a few days, I was directed to 1.7.3535 even though it had been released for a few days.
I believe the latest firmware is 1.7.3532 for you if you are on Veraplus
Similar experience. Vera Plus.
Checking if there is a newer firmware version available
You are running the latest version 1.7.3501

Checking if there is a newer firmware version available
You are running the latest version 1.7.3501[/quote]
From Vera firmware page:
Firmware
- Vera3, VeraLite, & VeraLite G: 1.7.1017
- VeraEdge: 1.7.3500
- VeraPlus: 1.7.3532
- VeraSecure: 1.7.3535
The previous firmware shows 1.7.3501 for the Veraplus.
Firmware
- Vera3, VeraLite, & VeraLite G: 1.7.1017
- VeraEdge: 1.7.3500
- VeraPlus: 1.7.3501
- VeraSecure: 1.7.3502
Since the indication was he was on 1.7.3501 I assume he is on a veraplus. And as such, would be redirected to the upgrade screen since 1.7.3532 is the latest.
