How do I get my user logon reset on findvera following loss of user name and password details?

Are you able to log on locally to Vera? I think you can make the changes locally, or at the least add yourself as another user with a new password.

I can access Vera locally and get the dashboard but no options for findvera.com that I can see.
Also, when I open findver.com the message Vera Not Found On Local Network appears under the lgon fields? Currently, the IP for Vera is 192.168.0.10. Could that be a problem?
On the left hand side there is a users tab as I recall…
You should be able to add yourself as another user.

I can’t see a FindVera tab but I do have a MyMios icon. Will it help to reset Vera and start over?

Sounds like you have an identity crisis.
If you can see MyMios you do not have UI2.
Did you just do a FW upgrade from UI2 to UI4 without knowiing it? Forget everything you ever knew about findvera and welcome to the world of MIOS.
You will need to register at http://www.mios.com
Your first challenge is to find the “register” button.

I followed the instructions in the box to upgrade firmware. I am real new to this. I can’t see a version number anywhere. Does this mean that findevera is replaced with myMios in UI4? I have created an account on mios.

Yes, it’s all Mios from here on out.
Were you able to see your unit after registering on Mios?
Your firmware version will be under the advanced tab on the toolbox taskbar. Probably .1047

I have been able to reach my system from the internal network via cp.mios.com but I haven’t tested externally yet. Will try this soon.
Remote access now tested using cp.mios.com and working ok.
