I have installed a Fibaro dimmer on a circuit containing 4 spots 220v 40 w each.
the dimmer was working well for about 6 months until yesterday, after turning the light ON, I realized that One of the spots were damaged.
After that I wasn’t able to control the dimmer. The spots are always ON.
anybody has any idea on what is happening?

It is always worth switching off the power to your lighting circuit, waiting a minute and then switching it back on. If that makes no difference, there is a distinct possibility that your dimmer got fried and will need to be replaced.
I fear Rex might be on to something, however just to understand the situation a bit more…
Is the dimmer waking up and reporting anything e.g check the LastUpdate value, can you poll it Ok? I’m just thinking out loud about checking for other signs of life, before reading the last rights.
