I have a Vera 2 using 1.5.255 and it refuses to go into learn mode. I have restarted a couple times, nothing. Any ideas?
Ok, I read more and tried a few suggestions on the forum and still nothing. I put a ticket in but haven’t received an email saying they received it, at what point do I start to worry and downgrade to my backup version?
Not sure what you’ve read or tried already, but either use a known working backup and restore this with the restore dongle option checked, or if you are on the 3.20 firmware, then you could try the Zwave 2.78 to 3.20 hack script.
Restoring to UI4…UI5 just isn’t quite there yet, at least it’s not ready to add light switches under full power yet
Restored it back to UI4 and my last back up of UI4 and Vera still fails to go into learn mode…now I REALLY need help.
You didn’t say which zwave firmware you were on? My last advice about the z wave hack script or restoring the zwave dongle still applies as this will generally recover it!
Ok, I ran the hack and this is what I have under options now. It looks like the “Role Master SIS” isn’t correct though, not sure what to do to fix that.

Oh and I’m running version 1.1.1338 but it has the UI5 icons still, which seems weird. I (obviously) have rebooted and refreshed several times since downgrading.
Try clearing your browser cache.

Nope, it continues to Fail, even after emptying the cache
