Fail Backup Zwave Network (veralite with Firmware 1.7.730)

Hi
I have a vera lite with the latest firmware version (1.7.730)
When i try to do a Z-Wave backup e receive all the time the following error:
Backup : ERROR: Backup failed. Please try again.

Some times i receive this error on the beginning of the z-wave backup other times later.

Anyone with a veralite are able to do a successfully backup with this firmware version?

Since i have "Last Z-Wave Network Backup: N/A " i cannot risk to migrate to VeraEdge.

The support team fixed the problem.
Is working just fine now.
The upgrade to vera edge also worked perfectly.
3 days as passed without any problem.
