Can someone from Ezlo clarify what current the smart plug is rated for?
From the website: “Maximum Load Warning This smart plug is designed for appliances up to 10A (1800W).”
10A x 120V = 1200 watts
15A x 120V = 1800 watts
Hi @Tim88 ,
Thanks for catching that.
The in-line smart plug is in fact rated for 15A/1800W and the regular smart plug is in fact 10A/1200W, I’m having our team update the site now!

Hello @Tim88,
Thank you again for pointing this out and helping us catch the inconsistency. We have now updated the product page to correctly reflect that the in-line smart plug is rated for 15A/1800W and the regular smart plug is rated for 10A/1200W. If you notice anything else that looks off or have further questions about the specs, please let us know—we really appreciate your feedback
