As @focusedcoder mentioned in Adding RTSP Cameras to eZLO Plus controller - #62 by focusedcoder We can confirm that removing and re-adding the cameras, and using the following RTSP link for both cameras, successfully resolved the issue:
rtsp://admin:PASSWORD@192.168.X.X:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0
Replace PASSWORD with the camera’s actual password.
Replace X with the last numbers of the IP address.
Please keep in mind, that the cameras added using the generic camera option require an external sensor to trigger recordings. This can be a Z-Wave/ZigBee PIR motion sensor or a door/window sensor.
