So im curious, I have read alot but maybe someone knows. Is there a one stop shop for adding scenes devices meshbot or is it still a matter of the mobile app? (*which one vera or ezlo) or the dashboard. I wanna add /remove devices and setup some automation.
Not long ago you had to use dashboard for meshbots and vera app for devices.
Is this functionality combined in the mobile app and dashboard or do I have to use a different interface for different functions now?

If you are already using your Vera/Ezlo account to manage controllers and devices then you just need to login at http://ezlogic.mios.com. The dashboard will show all devices connected to your account so you can begin using the interface immediately.

thanks Jonathan but specifically can I add remove devices there like sensors and cameras and also create meshbots.
My cameras stopped working on the dashboard and I see the IP address in the stream on the dashboard does not match the IP for the same camera in the mobile app using MIOS or Vera.
Which is the correct interface to edit/modify the cameras and add remove sensors?

In that case, the best approach would be to add the cameras again using the MiOS app on your mobile device.
Ok I will delete and add them back and let you know so you cant add a camera from the dashboard is that right?
I deleted and readded one of the five cameras. I added it correctly but I still do not see it on the Dashboard it just cycles. I still can not deleted the unreachable sensor that appeared after support restored it from a backup. I tried deleting it in both MiOS and the dashboard but it stays there.

Could you try performing a hard refresh on your web browser (Ctrl + F5) or using an incognito window?
Also, could you send us a list via email with the names of the devices that need to be removed? We’ll take care of it for you.
Ok just a reminder, these cameras all showed fine one day and support restored a back up and
after support restored the back, the next day, I checked and no cameras would work.
extra devices appeared and the cameras stopped working after that support intervention.
I reset edge and tested again. Still the one camera I recreated is just cycling.
Im still trying to delete the unreachable device, i would rather not bother support if I can do things myself, I try. thanks.
I tried again, I tried in the dashboard but no success, I then tried in the MiOS app and it didnt error but didnt delete either. Then I went into the Vera Mobile App and deleted and was prompted to unpair or remove and I removed and that appeared to remove it, I dont see it in the dashboard. Thanks for the help.

I deleted and readded these cameras using the MiOS app and they show an image in the app but do not play video and on the dashboard in the browser, they are not showing anything. I still need help fixing this side effect from the restore from backup.
