When I came home last night, I noticed that the “blue” light on the front of my EZLO was not lit, and it was not accessible by the app.
- I tried unplugging and replugging in the unit, but the blue light still does not come on. The Ethernet port only as the amber light on.
- I tried quickly resetting the device with a paper clip. Nothing Happened
- I tried holding the reset to force a restore, but nothing happened
- It appears that the unit is “dead”
Any help would be appreciated.
