EZLO Plus Stopped Working

When I came home last night, I noticed that the “blue” light on the front of my EZLO was not lit, and it was not accessible by the app.

  • I tried unplugging and replugging in the unit, but the blue light still does not come on. The Ethernet port only as the amber light on.
  • I tried quickly resetting the device with a paper clip. Nothing Happened
  • I tried holding the reset to force a restore, but nothing happened
  • It appears that the unit is “dead”

Any help would be appreciated.
