My Ezlo Secure stopped generating automatic backups since mid July, now I can only do manual Backups, is that a server error?
Have you tried date filtering? I don’t think the web UI can show all backups, you have to filter a date range.

Thanks! but not my case, I changed the filter and you see that until July 25 it was taking backups and then it stopped until I took the manual backups on August 26th and then nothing after that again… Bummer, any help?
@JonathanB In support can probably help then. Maybe your controller needs the firmware updating or something ?

We have changed the log level on your controller to capture more details and understand why the controller is not performing daily automatic backups. We will need to wait until tonight and review the logs tomorrow. On another note, I noticed that you have many unreachable devices. Could you please purge the devices that are no longer needed?

NO JONATHAN, YOU CANNOT DO THOSE THINGS WITHOUT CONFIRMING FIRST! I have many meshbots running with the hue plugin and I don’t want to recreate all of them . Unfortunately you are making it worse by taking this long and then suddenly taking an action without confirming with me! I have never added a SIM, if it is there it has always been there since I bought the controller.

We have restored a backup and your Hue devices are back (still unreachable).
The hue lights might be unreachable until the zwave switch that controls them are switched on

Those 3 “Wall Mount Switches” are NuTone/Linear / WS15Z5-1 and are reachable.
Should I remove them?
Yes those are duplicates to the table lamp living room already in the system. Don’t know why they keep showing up, is not the first time, we talked about this some time ago
