Just received a Ezlo Atom, hoping to get it synced with a door lock working with Z-Wave technology. Had a couple of failed attempts setting it up, but after a few tries I got the app and device set up, but the app just goes to “upgrading software” and won’t get past it. I spoke with customer service twice, but they couldn’t resolve the issue and said they’d escalate it. Haven’t heard from anyone else yet, but I’m wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they resolved it…just want to get it working, any help would he appreciated
