I have a honeywell lynx touch 5100 wondering if it can communcate with the veraplus
it has gsm zwave and wifi modules already installed with some zwave devices
Those all in one systems are not made to communicate with other controllers.
The Lynx is designed to be the Z-Wave controller. These all in one systems are designed to keep you in their world and using their products.
Your best bet to have the best of both worlds is to get a modular alarm system and add a network interface to communicate with your plus.
Once you have a modular, open alarm system and Z-Wave controller you can add and change different controllers / devices at will.

As was noted that’s a smash and grab unit (everything in one box hanging by the entrance door) You need to switch it out to a different alarm that has more options for external control.
