I am able to include the Everspring SE812 into VERA-1 UI4, but it responds to commands for a short time after includion and config. but goes dead after that. Does not respond to any commands. Setup a scene with Aeon door sensor to trigger the siren when door opens. It worked fine for one or two tries after that no response from Siren (Transmit failed with code1) It has new battery. Tested in close proximity of controller VERA-1 (UI4) so distance not a problem. Tried include/exclude/factory reset without success. Just works for few minutes and then goes dead. Has any one faced such problems with this siren and give details of how they set it right.
I have 2 of these but on a vera lite. I don’t have these problems. Could be that the old UI is not really supporting this device?

No it is not the UI. To eliminate this possibility I tested this siren on my VERA2 (UI5) also with latest Firmware. Still the same result. Can you give me the file listed in ‘ADVANCE’ config panel under Device-type

sorry to answer this with a question but i’ve been trying to find this without any success.
did you configure the siren to “beep” on door open? or just siren on?
I have the UI7 and the siren works fine on door open but I want it to “beep” when the door is open and the sensor is on disarmed mode.
I had left it for auto config. by Vera, so no config from my end. When I tested immediately after inclusion ( when it works for few minutes ) the siren went full blast and wasn’t beeping.
