can Australia Aeon Labs Z-Stick Series 2, work with an EU version Vera2?

for example, I use the Australia freq. Z-Stick add some devices, and plug it into the EU ver. Vera2,
can it works?

I think yes.

Set the device string within Vera to /dev/usb/tts/0 (note leading slash) for use with the Dongle and you should be good to go. 8)
