Error sending logs to tech support

My unit locks up about every 2-3 days, Eth1 Light blinks twice, pause, blinks twice. Unplugging the unit fixes it. This is not good when you travel a lot. I’ve tried to request help from the troubleshooting link within vera. When I send the info I get this:

If I uncheck send logs it works:

The log files are too large. There’s a limit to how large the log files can be when attaching them to a trouble ticket. Submit the trouble report with the log files in this case.
