Hello, I have two cameras since a long time. (a foscam and a thomson)
For several days, I can not see the recorded images I receive the message “Error retrieving thumbnail!” it is important to know that I can see the live images on the two cameras, also locally or remotely

I’m having the same problem at the moment, can see live video fine, but I have an alert configured when a door opens to take a picture, or a video (tried both) and the image doesn’t load. Did you figure your issue out?
