I have only had my VeraLite for almost a week and for some reason, I still can’t get the Ergy plugin to register my account. I keep getting the following error: “System error registering user.” When I contacted ergyenergy, their response was to try a different browser since I was using IE. I installed Firefox and it still gives me the same error. Does anyone have a workaround to get this registered? I was trying to show off the VeraLite to some co-workers today and it didn’t help the product image to see errors when I clicked on the default components to activate it! I immediately said that I upgraded to a beta build so that hopefully restored some faith but I’m not sure! I just upgraded to the public beta 1.5.344 and it still has the same issue!
I’ve had it error similarly. Up until recently I thought it wasn’t functional yet, or perhaps it was due to password-complexity, but I just tried a really simple password and it also failed so something fairly basic is amiss in the system.
There is new firmware that may resolve the issues you were having.
Thank you! The new update did fix it for me! I still get the same error when using Internet Explorer about the Gateway but I was able to configure it and see the portal information with FireFox!
IE9 doesnt like mixed mode secure and unsecure… whereas firefox and chrome dont have problem with this… its by design
it needs work still.

I had similar problem, using IE9 64 bit, couldn’t accept terms and conditions (after reviewing) installed Chrome and could select the check box
