Hello, how the function enable/disable on the app for a device ?
what behavior does when a light switch i.e. is disable in the homewave app ?

Disable simply means that you cannot flip the switch in HomeWave anymore, i.e. the control in the app becomes disabled. Useful for stuff where you only want to see the status.
