email notification

Hi,

I just set up my new vera lite but i never received the email notification…

So i can’t receive notification, and the vera time and date are not correct set up…

Can anyone help me ?

This is a gmail adresse, i checked 3 times, and i check spam folder too.

When I set up my Vera Lite I didn’t receive an email notification either but I finally located the information I needed in the logs, it went there instead of email, that got me up and running.

it tells me
“IMPORTANT: Your email cannot be used until you verify it by entering the code number we sent you.”

Go into your logs and look for the code, that’s where mine ended up. I put it in and it works!

Is the Send me an email checkbox checked? If it’s not, check it, click Save my contact info and then click on Resend code.

Yeah, I noticed it. It will be changed for the next firmware release.

I went in under my alerts, everytime I would request an email be sent with the code a message would come to there with the code. I had opened ticket # 93466
