Edit a Trigger

This may sound stupid, but I cannot figure out how to edit an existing trigger…

When I go to the “Automation” tab, then the “Triggers” sub-tab, and then click on the little wrench – it just takes me to the “My Alerts” page with the calendar…

I know I am doing something wrong ???

This is on a VeraLite…

Works fine for me. Try editing it from the scene?

What happens when you click on the “wrench”? What do you mean “editing it from the scene”?

Sorry, I am not real familiar with everything…

You can edit the trigger the same way you created it. Click on the wrench for the scene that the trigger is in.

I have a trigger for when my alarm is “breached”, it sends me an email. There is no scene associated with that.

There seems like there is a simple answer here and I feel like I have done it before, but it has been like 6 months and I cannot remember…

You are referring to notification triggers. You need to go into the device for that notification and click on the notification tab to modify the trigger.
