Got three Echo Dots and one of the large Echos.
One switch does not work from the larger Echo, but the three dots work fine.
Another switch works from all Echos.
On VeraPlus and latest released firmware. Did just do discovery to add the partially failing switch.
Any suggestions?
BTW, really like the Echo interface !

Added a couple of devices to Alexa (all switches). Now Alexa says “doesn’t support that” for all devices, including previously working…, sigh.

We are looking into this as we speak. Lights seem to have stopped working, thermostats still work.
At the first sight, issues seem to be Amazon side. We will keep you posted.

One of my Echo’s now work again. But, very slow response, about 15 seconds. The remaining Echo’s still broken with “does not support that”
The ON/OFF commands should work now. If you are still having issues, try to re-discover the devices first.
There are still problems with the dimming commands. We are looking into this as well.

Please do as I want to control my window coverings and awnings.

Rebooted Vera, visited Vera/Alexa www page, re discovered on Alexa site: Alexa site reports all devices offline.

Tried again, Alexa site reports all devices offline. However, the big Echo does work, but the Dot does not. …
Any news? I tried, restarting Vera, disabling/enabling the Alexa skill then rediscovering the devices and still nothing.

Big echo still works, three Dots do not.
I have 3 Dots and 1 Echo. All had strange issues in the last few days with all devices, on and off Vera. I pulled the power to each, causing a reboot. All are now responding fine for me. I haven’t tested scenes or dimming, but I know Amazon had something odd on their end, too. Try reboots to see if there’s improvement.

No change for me, any restart procedures needed?
Still can’t get my shades to work.

I have four echos. Two are the wifes, two are mine. When I enable skills for one (Alexa) account, it disables (goes offline) for the other user.
Registered all echos to one user, disable skills for other user. Now it works…
