DSC PTK5507 Keypad

I have a DSC 1832 with three 5500 keypads and one PTK5507 touchscreen. I can not get the touchscreen( 5507 ) to change chime tones and the alarm store doesn’t have an answer. Everything is linked to my veraplus and works correctly. Any ideas.

I thought so, but they will only talk to dealers etc.
