I have DSC alarm panel with 1 partition. I wanted to know if there is a way to use autovera to trigger tasker when the alarm partition is triggered, not just one sensor. The partition shows up under Devices but the service and variable sections are grey. I could create a trigger for each sensor but this seems like the difficult way to do it, also I only want it to trigger when the alarm is armed not just when the sensor is triggered.
With anything that AutoVera cannot receive updates for I use the multiswitch. For instance; if your DSC is armed the multiswitch button 1 will be on. If ready make it turn off. Then have tasker do something with the status of the multiswitch. My last check though you need to upload a different autovera xml to the vera under “develop apps” to receive status of the multiswitch. More is located using this link:
