Hi guys I downloaded the app tonight cause the free mios one is just not feature rich enough. The look of this app is very nice first off.
Ok question. When I put my pin in for the partition 1 to arm and disarm it says save but it doesn’t save. I assume it can’t for se unity reasons?

Also I have a arm and disarm scene so I don’t need the pin but both are always out up blue like they r active regardless of state. Is there a way to fix this. Did I do something wrong when I made the scene?

For what it is worth, I’ve encounterd the same difficulty. I can arm and disarm my system but only in an away mode; my pass code won’t save. I saw somewhere else that there might be a security reason for this but the reasons why aren’t clear.

With my Envisalink 3, I can go through the EyezOn page and manually arm and disarm my system remotely using pass codes for now as an acceptable workaround.

My workarond has been this.
I have a scene for arm and disarm next to eac other. I then have the security partition device right below it. I use the scene to arm and disarm so I don’t have to put the pin in and use the device as a visual cause of the lock. I have that on my favorite page. It’s worked good for now. I was just wondering if I was doing something wrong.

I do not use Vera to arm/disarm and utilise the Envisalink mobile site which is generated through their website once you have logged on.
I mention this because a number of new users are not aware of it and it is very well designed.

The site is very well done. It’s nice and to the point for use. I must say though I think I get faster updates to status of the system through vera and this app. Maybe it’s me bt just seems.
I really want to try to keep everything for outside use of my home in one app. I know that’s maybe silly but I’m trying. For local use in the house my go to for 4 years now has been irule though.
