DSC 1864 Disarm Not working

I know I am missing something right in front of me, but I have been searching the forums long enough to give up and register.

I am using the Vera3 lite, DSC 1864, and Envisalink3. I can disarm from everything except my UI5. I changed EnableRemoteArm to disarm and also tried Disarmed. I also entered my PIN in InterfacePassword. It arms fine, but will not disarm. I feel like I am missing something silly.

This is the second time in 24 hours that unexpected behaviour has been reported.

disarm is the correct variable and the other user ended up uninstall/reinstall and it functioned correctly the second time around.
