I feel like I have searched the forums for a day with the following issue. While I have seen that other users have had the issue, I have not seen a resolution. My apologies in advance if there is a known resolution.
I am getting the error “Download error:Invalid user/pass” when I try to send a picture or video to a Vera-Alert-Mobile profile. I am able to send a picture to a SMTP profile. I have verified over and over that I am using the correct MIOS user/pass in the android app.
Any ideas?
