Dear MCV

I understand that you are doing your best to resolve the mysterious z-wave bug.

If you could give us some info about the progress it would be easier to withstand the pain. For example, living in darkness at the 60th latitude north without control of artificial lighting.

I bet it was a Vera issue, Ive not seen the dongle lock up with the latest announced version

Why do you guys assume it’s a MCV problem?

Being that everyone did not have the issue I bet it was because of a Zwave bug.

Im making that assumption based on Zero lockups since the latest announced version. Not one since then, but who knows…I guess I’d much rather it be an MCV bug than a Z-Wave bug
