Does anyone know if the VeraLite works in South America specifically Peru?
I don’t know, but I don’t think so. Below are the frequencies that the various Z-Wave chips use.
865.22 MHz - India
868.10 MHz - Malaysia
868.42 MHz - China, EU, UAE, Singapore, South Africa…
869 Mhz - Russia
908.42 MHz - Brazil, Canada, Mexico, USA…
919.82 MHz - Hong Kong
921.42 MHz - Australia, New Zealand
951-956 MHz - Japan
Though I do not know for sure, I believe that these are all restricted/licensed frequencies in Peru.
