question, when a scene is triggered from my Vera unit, does Authomation update that they are active or not? I noticed on my Authomation dashboard that if i click on a scene to trigger it manually, it says Active (but my scenes are on schedules) so i was wondering what that was about.
Scenes are considered active when the devices that a scene control have met the state you set. For example if a scene turns on a light and that light is on, the scene is considered active. This is how Vera interprets the status of a scene. I merely display what Vera tells me.

ah gotcha, mine is thermostat based, temp changes based on time of day, but doesnt show the scene as “active” when that temp matches the scene. no big deal, just wondering what it was for.
