DLNA Media Controller and Vera Alerts?

Hi!

I’ve been trying to get RichardTSchaefers app Vera Alerts to use a DLNA device (controlled by DLNA Media Controller) in a profile:

When using another app, VeraMate, I needed to add this to a Plugin-Forwarding-profile in Vera Alerts:

ForwardedPluginDeviceID: 8
ServiceID:urn:veramate-com:serviceId:VeraMatePN
Action:SendAlert
DefaultArgs: Msg=“{Message}”

I can then send TTS notifications to this profile together with several others very easily.

Could I do the same with a device created by DLNA Media Controller?

No, sorry. I still haven’t found a good way of sending spoken notifications using TTS to DLNA-speakers.
