Device Integration Status

How can I check the status of a device integration request? I had requested, and support accepted the request, to integrate the Zooz Zen30 dual switch device on Feb 23, 2020. As far as I can tell, the integration was never completed. Is there a way to check status or bump a request?

You can always create new requests or check the status of requests made from this page, looking at the top bar and clicking on Community Feature and Bug Tracker

This will take you to the following page, where you must have made the request (if submitted by you directly):


Click on the top right corner to see the list of requests made by you and their current status.
