Device Icons appear in different colour in HomeWave

Has anyone seen that the device icons you select for switches (and it is happening with both virtual and actual switches) appear in a greyed out colour?

I have attached two iPhone screenshots.

Hall Light is an actual On/Off switch and should appear Blue, as it was off at the time

LateNight is a Virtual Switch and again should appear blue, indicating it is not Late at Night.

I apologize if this has been posted before, I tried a search…

I believe greyed out means “unknown”. This means HomeWave can’t get the status of the switch. Maybe you need to re-link the device?

Shacky is right.

You can check your settings for that device. But if the colors in the settings are the same then that’s a connection issue. It hasn’t got an update for that device so it’s state is unknown.
