Delete old Vera unit

First post here BTW

I had to return the original vera 3 unit and purchase another one from a different vendor. Now both are listed on the Vera Systems page.

How can I delete the old one? The only option I see is rename?

I’m not aware of a way to do this without the old Vera.

I’d recommend you contact support and have them take care of it for you. http://getvera.com/support/

Just make sure that you identify to them the correct unit you wish to be deleted.

You’ll need the old vera to use the suggested link to delete it from your account. Contacting MCV would be the best course of action.
