DataYours setup

Don’t know what is wrong with the setup running on OpenLuup. Storage provider is registered and can be used.
wsp files are visible under /etc/cmh-ludl.
Though I see following error

I’m assuming that the only data watches you have set up have been through the AltUI interface rather than the DataYours dashboard?

At this time, the dashboard only looks for Whisper files of the type Vera-nnnnnnnn.deviceNo.serviceId.variable.wsp, and will not see any of the metrics being written by AltUI, which are named as you choose and probably much more intuitive. This is by design, but should change in the future. The AltUI interface is clean and simple; the DataYours one is rather clunky. Under the covers, they all use the same implementation of the Graphite system and Whisper database, but it’s just a UI thing that makes them appear different. An update to DataYours to include the new Data Storage Finder structure is underway (slowly) and will eventually resolve this.

I think that this error will go away once (if) you set up a variable watch with the dashboard. However, AltUI itself doesn’t use the dashboard, so this is not an issue. You don’t need the dashboard running at all.

Let me know if you find anything different.

Thanks for the info akbooer
Tried to use graphs in the datayours dashboard but nothing came up

Ah, that’s easy… you haven’t got a ‘/’ at the end of your LOCAL_DATA_DIR parameter.

Aaaaah you’re right, all is now visible
Thanks for your help!

good evening
i decided installed datayours plus on vera
but something it is wrong on data Cache and data Dash. (
anybody can tell me what it is wrong?
