I’ve been through all of the manuals for installation and have gone through the manual installation steps and always end up at the same point (whether using [veraip]/dm or [veraip]/dmgui). The page begins to load and then ends up with an error “Unable to download channel configuration data from dataMine”. Any ideas what the issue may be?
So I finally installed DataMine 2 
I think I am running the newest version (2.0). But I can’t find where to use Columns for the diagrams. I want to display rainfall/day. The only graph type I can use is: Spline, line, scatter, area or area/line. What am I doing wrong ConstantSphere?

Fixed this by removing USB from Vera, can?t explain why this solved my problem, but I?m happy and watching my rain-columns

I have an issue with Datamine 2.0: I’ve installed it and configured couple of days ago (I’ve used the way where the data is stored on the same USB stick as the original Vera logs),
It worked fine for couple of days but today when I opened the panel (I use mostly remote connection via AltUI, if that matters) it looked like the plugin was reset.
Any variables I’ve configured to be watched for, any graphs I save, everything is gone.
Is there a way to handle that somehow? I’ll probably have to accept that I’ve lost all historical data, but what to do about this to prevent such things in future?
Or is there any option to do a backup (remotely, at best?)

Question on Cycle Times. My thermostats output a ModeState of ?Idle?, ?Cooling? and ?Heating?. I have a lookup table that changes Idle = 0 and Heating and Cooling =1. This works fine but Is there away to set up one for Cooling and one for Heating? I thought cloning would work but you can?t edit the clone. Any ideas?

so i want to ask if there is a simply procedure to update my controller without to delete datamine files. Itook so a lot time to have it working and i need data I stored.

Hi,
You can Vera safely have the files deleted. It are the GUI files it deletes, not your configuration or data files. You can even have it make a backup to your local PC before having them removed. After the Vera upgrade is completed, the DataMine GUI files will be reinstalled. I have done this several times without problems.

Maybe that this app is dead, but looking to start logging temperature data now I have SSD
Whenever I set Enable for logging to true and press save, then go to another sensor, when I come back to the original Enable for logging is set back to false.
An ideas?

Check the debug page and see if there are errors and your USB or SSD mount is correctly recognized in datamine. Also check to see if you have your uuid set.

Thanks Tom. I did wonder about that. Debug is huge so I’ll have a search. I followed the instructions for manually setting the USB as I have extrooted and am using an SSD and uuid = NA
