Dashboard broken after support restored a backup

I noticed my uncles unit had dead batteries for two or three aeotec sensor 7. I put in the new batteries and just waited to see if they came online. They didnt.

I emailed support and asked if that could be fixed remotely or would I need to press the button on the switch. They look and restored it from a backup and my dashboard turned into a tech nightmare.

I have devices showing I dont have and didnt have and all my cameras cant be viewed. I posted a pic of the before and after effect of restoring it from a backup.

Has anyone had this happen?

I was able to delete the unreachable devices in the dashboard so its getting closer to the original config.
