Danfos thermostat

Now there is no digits in the widget at all.
I used controlpanel to go from 170 to 160. When the signal went throug it showed 1000 in controlpanel and 100 in ui5, 28 (max) on radiator.

With my Danfos devices I noticed following odd behaviour by using dashboard arrows to change temperature.
By LUA script / UI7 temperature change, temperatures on dashboard are changed only at point 3).

dashboard shows 21 → 21
UI7 shows 21

Modification of dashboard target by using down arrow it shows 21 → 22
UI7 shows 21 + waiting for wakeup to send command
After device wakeup, UI7 shows 22
top of dashboard change of color indicating transmission but dashboard still shows 21-> 22
If you select another room and come back to initial room then dashboard shows 21 → 21

you have 2 variables CurrentSetpoint and in step 2 it seems to be 22 for one and 21 for the other
in step 3 it seems it is 22 for both

maybe ALTUI displays one and UI7 displays the other ? is it normal to have 2 CurrentSetpoint variables ? what are the services ?

No I don’t think that it is normal but the second one exists in UI7 even if it uses the old service = “urn:upnp-org:serviceId:TemperatureSetpoint1_Heat” may be for compatibility reasons with UI5 or some devices…

Would it be possible to have dashboard showing the change of SetpointTarget in “real time” instead of waiting for the device wakeup, regardless of the way variable has been changed (dashboard arrows / UI7 / LUA script) and without having to refresh the Device/room page please ?

not clear yet. out of your example , step 2) can you give me the service of each respective currentsetpoint variable ? ( the one which is 21 and the other one which is 22 )

Also have you tried the ALTUI option ( UI7 behavior ) in the option page ?

I tried but when refreshing the page it shows 21 → 21 instead of 21 → 22

1st currentsetpoint = 22 = urn:upnp-org:serviceId:TemperatureSetpoint1
2nd currentsetpoint = 21 = urn:upnp-org:serviceId:TemperatureSetpoint1_Heat

After having ticked UI7 behavior (not been there since I installed AltUI a few months ago !) + AltUI reset, on the dashboard I now have a larger space between both arrow buttons and another figure (always 0.0?C) at the top end (toggleswitch place for switch devices).

I launched following:
luup.call_action(“urn:upnp-org:serviceId:TemperatureSetpoint1” , “SetCurrentSetpoint”, {NewCurrentSetpoint = “22”}, 129)
But not noticed any change at each step of the process.
