creating specific scene

I posted this question not to long ago and got some good advice which i planned on refering back to but the post is gone?

I have my four sprinkler valves connected/plugged into to zwave receptacles. I create scenes for each receptacle to go on off etc.

I want to create a scene that i can engage that will tell receptacle 1 to go on for 15 minutes then 2 then 3 etc. So i do not have to designate a certain time of the day for each.

Is there an event that triggers when a sprinkler turns off? That way you turn on the next sprinkler in sequence, based on that trigger when the previous turns off.
